Can I drink the ginger brew hot?
Yes. Black Cap Ginger Brew tastes great hot or cold.
How long can I keep the drinks?
Drinks should be kept in the refrigerator 35-45 days. Drinks could be kept frozen for 3 months.
Do you also have local pickup and delivery service?
Local deliveries are free in Knightdale and Wendell.
Pick up locations are at Knightdale Station Park and Sea It Works in Triangle Town Center, Raleigh.
Local and nationwide shipping are also available.
Where do you ship and how long does it take?
We ship nationwide, Monday - Wednesday. Deliveries usually take 3 - 4 days. Orders are shipped frozen in a thermal liner with dry ice gel packs to ensure freshness. Cold and ready to drink.
Do you offer refills for less?
Due to health concerns, we do not offer refills; however our subscription plans provide the opportunities to Drink More Ginger for Less and All Year Round!!
Do you have a return and refund policy?
We do not accept returns or offer refunds. While we do not accept returns of our brew, if there's an issue with your order, we want to hear about it! Please contact us at blackcapginger@gmail.com and we'll do our best to make things right.
